We are not only going to call for people to live in harmony with each other but also with the environment or Mother Nature. It is impossible to care for human beings without having to care for their habitat and surroundings. The environment has sheltered mankind for thousands of years but unfortunately it is now under great danger from some of our activities like pollution and deforestation among other unfriendly human actions. So much of this is happening because many are not aware of the price humanity may have to pay sooner or later due to these unfriendly activities towards our environment. We are going to tirelessly work to raise awareness and discourage anything that will bring harm to Mother Nature. Our approach hinges on promoting environmental education to help people understand the environment together with sustainable development.<\/p>\n

The Friendly Society<\/strong> will lobby and educate people to raise awareness on the protection and sustainable management of natural resources. Where the environment has already been destroyed we will do everything humanly possible to restore what would have been damaged. We humans, through our various activities find ourselves being the main actors in issues to do with the degradation of the environment. In this light, the process of healing our ailing environment starts at the individual level and goes all the way up to public policy. Let\u2019s join forces as friends to protect our trees, our water, our soil, our wetlands and our air. Our hope is that one day everyone will be living in an environment conducive for the protection and sustenance of humanity\u2019s healthy existence. Being friendly to our environment is key to our well being, to the enjoyment of our right to life and human dignity<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
