The main driver of our initiative is friendship that is premised on sisterly and brotherly love. All we do is being friendly. The Friendly Society is dedicated to giving love, hope and to harmonizing humanity. We want to promote the culture of friendliness starting at the individual level, family level up to the community level and beyond as we use the bottom-up approach in most, if not all of our activities. The friendliness we are promoting is not only confined to relations between people but it also extends to encompass friendliness to the environment. To us friendship is best summed up by the three words that form the core, the backbone of our existence and endeavor. The words are caring, daring and sharing. These three words play a very critical role in the way we conduct our operations as the Friendly Society. These are the three golden words of the Friendly Society. We care, we dare and we share for harmony and for hope. The three words have helped us formulate our nine values. They also form the vertebrae of what we have set out to do, our objectives. In short, everything that is there to know about the Friendly Society is summed up in these three golden words.
